Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping DreamBody by De’Lani. Every DreamBody order is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may require additional time.

Processing time and carrier delivery time are separate.

Shipping & Delivery

DreamBody currently ships within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed by DreamBody.

Fragrance Shipping

Because alcohol-based fragrance is considered a regulated material for transportation, certain fragrance orders may be required to ship using approved ground transportation. As a result, fragrance delivery times may differ from those of other products.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact DreamBody as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

DreamBody is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

DreamBody is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier and are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Free Shipping

When offered, complimentary shipping applies only to qualifying U.S. orders that meet the stated purchase threshold after applicable discounts and before taxes.

Shipping promotions and thresholds are subject to change.
